This spring, the girls at Charles E Nash Elementary School have been participating in our Friendly Peer and Girls Beyond Bullying Programs.
The
girls have enjoyed activities such as creating anti-bullying posters to hang
around the school, making friendship bracelets and practicing refusal skills.
The girls looked forward to group each week as we were always greeted with smiles
and excitement.
Here is what some of them have said they learned…
"I am beautiful no matter what anyone says.”
“I am strong, smart and brave.”
“Always be confident.”
It has been a great semester and we look forward to next school year!
